At House of Fett, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring that all brand tags, invoices, and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
